Payment and Shipping

Payment:

We accept all credit cards or paypal. 

Product Care:

All our products are handmade using the finest materials available. Whilst they are built to last, we recommend hand-washing all ceramic items and avoiding the high temperatures of a dishwasher and abrasive cleaners.

Shipping:

We ship orders to Germany only. Please contacts us for international orders: chi (at) chiceramic.com

For all objects, please make a request via mail.

For items from Chi Ceramic: a shipping fee of 9 € per item will be added to your order. Please select 'Ceramic' shipping option at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 5-7 business days, however, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holiday periods.

For DUDU Kitchen: a shipping fee of 3.50 € per item will be added to your order.

Please select 'DUDU Kitchen' shipping option at checkout. If you live in Berlin, you can also choose the option 'Selbstabholer', which means, you can make an appointment for self pick up, without packaging or insurance.

For International Customers:

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns:

The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. New, unused items with their original packaging and all original tags attached may be returned to CHI CERAMIC within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange (subject to stock availability). 

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within two weeks of our receipt of the item (s). PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. 

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective or damaged. Customers are expected to bear the costs incurred when returning an item. CHI CERAMIC cannot accept responsibility or compensate such costs.
